It's a whole lot of fun, and (for me, at least) it runs a lot better on the new hardware.

If you were in a similar situation with JC3 and have a One X now, give it another try. I was able to play without any issues for about three hours last night, and loading in and out of challenges (one of the biggest issues before) was a lot quicker. To my pleasant surprise, the game ran great for me on the new system. I just recently upgraded to a One X, and last night I decided to give Just Cause 3 one more try. I did check in every once in a while to see if patches had improved performance, but it still was bad every time I tried it. I gave up and didn't play any more at that time. The frame rate issue was annoying, but the load times really made the game almost unplayable for me. I got JC3 upon release in 2015, and I experienced extremely long load times, along with very erratic frame rates whenever I tried to do anything in the game. I've seen several people asking if anyone has tried Just Cause 3 on Xbox One X, so I wanted to throw my experience into the ring.
